Gambling and Teens: What happens when Silicon Valley Recreates Las Vegas?
Speakers:
Katie Greeley is the founder of Prevention Ed, a global substance use prevention organization. With over a decade of experience in addiction counseling and school-based prevention, Katie has worked in both U.S. and international schools. She recently partnered with the National Council on Problem Gambling to develop Prevention Ed’s new gambling prevention curriculum. Katie combines clinical expertise, international perspective, and lived experience in recovery to offer grounded, practical guidance.
Luna Gayeski is a graduate of Drexel University’s Behavioral Health Counseling program and a Prevention Specialist with Prevention Ed. They bring a student-centered approach to education rooted in personal recovery, delivering substance use and gambling prevention programs in international schools around the world. Most recently, Luna supported the development of Prevention Ed’s gambling prevention curriculum, drawing on years of experience in behavioral interventions and youth-focused facilitation.
