Exhibitor Registration -- Annual Conference Prague 2026

Base fee:
  • This option gives you access to all the main conference sessions during the in-person event in Prague, Czech Republic

    We will be offering one (1) Pre-Conference events for which you will be able to register!

Registering as an exhibitor will place you directly in front of an audience of international school counselors who are ready to learn, discover resources, and bring meaningful support back to their schools.

Your exhibitor registration includes:

  • One (1) social media post on ISCA platforms

  • Logo displayed on the ISCA event website and conference app (4 months)

  • Opportunity to showcase your product/services to all participants at a plenary workshop

  • Acknowledgement during the opening and closing events

  • Delegate registrations (one for exhibitors)

  • Exhibition table in a high-traffic space

  • Contact list of attendees

Registration also includes: 

  • Participation in all workshops during the 4 days of workshops, including keynotes
  • Three (3) full buffet lunches during the main conference
  • Seven (7) coffee breaks during the main conference
  • Welcome reception  
  • Access to the conference app and all workshop presentations 
We recommend booking your hotel room ASAP, as accommodations may fill up quickly. ISCA suggests the Grand Hotel Prague Towers (Czech Inn Hotel), which is also the conference venue. A block of rooms has been reserved for ISCA participants — please use the booking link provided to secure your room.
