Counselor Leadership: Driving System-Wide Change for Student Success (ISCA -02)

This hybrid course combines the flexibility of asynchronous learning with the engagement of live sessions to provide a comprehensive exploration of the pivotal role school counselors play as leaders in educational communities. Designed to empower you with insights and strategies to navigate complex school environments, this course encourages you to leverage your unique skills to drive meaningful change, make impactful decisions, and facilitate growth among students, staff, and the wider school community.

The course runs from May 1 to September 30 and includes approximately 4-6 hours of asynchronous work, such as video lessons and independent tasks for each module. This timeline allows flexibility while supporting engagement and learning through live sessions.

• May 1: Course begins, with time to complete the first module.

• June 1, 2026 (11:00 AM UTC): First live 90-minute session to discuss Module 1.

• June–September: Time to complete Modules 2 and 3 at your own pace.

• September 14, 2026 (11:00 AM UTC): Second live 90-minute session to review Modules 2 and 3.

• September 30: Course concludes, with all tasks due.

Your presence and engagement will enable you to earn a PDH certificate and a Credly badge. Please note that refunds or credits cannot be issued within 59 days of the course start date.
